THE FESTIVAL TERMS: Any and all payments made to the NY Theater Festival for the play or musical of your preference are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to: failure to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, viruses and other pandemic related tragedies, loss of employment and/or or a mistake made at the moment of the purchase or duplicate purchases.
Tickets are not transferable nor replaceable under any circumstances
